- We send an official Order Confirmation including all logo printing requests. Production starts only after your signature. We provide pictures or sample cards before mass production and cover reproduction costs if printing mistakes are our fault.
- What file formats are acceptable for printing?
- AI, PDF, Corel Draw, and PSD formats are acceptable. We can also design your card if you send a high-quality JPG logo picture.
- What is the order process?
- Contact our sales to issue a proforma invoice. Send your billing info and shipping address when requesting the PI.
- What payment methods are acceptable?
- LC, TT, and PayPal are accepted. PayPal is used for sample orders or orders under USD 1000.
