Introduction

UHF stock-taking channel machine is mainly used for the rapid and bulk reading and identification  management of  products such as electric  power  meters,  hotel  linen, storage garments in the case of bulk warehousing or delivery.The equipment adopts UHF  RFID  technology  to  realize  identification  with  RFID  tags  bound  on  the  items, which greatly saves  labor costs, shortens the time of warehousing or delivery and enhances working efficiency.

UHF stock-taking channel machine complies with ISO18000-6C (EPC Gen2) protocol, with simple  and  elegant  appearance  and  large  size  to  meet  various  kinds  of  cage trolleys and shelf trolleys.Through  PLC, the equipment realizes automatic switching and closing of the roller shutters for closed reading and prevents string reading of surrounding  tags.  The  equipment  has  stable  quality  and  reliable  performance, supports multi-tag reading, supporting the batch of more than 800 pieces of goods.It needs conventional 220V power supply, supports network interface communication, and can expand WiFi.

Industry applications: it is mainly applied for item-level item identification, such as the in-and-out-of-storage management and product stock-taking of clothing, leather goods luggage, alcoholic beverage, electricity and other industries.

The anti-collision structure is made of nylon material, and it is strong and durable, which is equipped with two-color warning strip with eye-catching appearance;
It is equipped with electric low noise rolling gate, using high speed motor, and can open and close the door quickly;
It  adopts  special  shielding  roller  shutters  to  prevent  signal  leakage  of  channel machine and tag string reading;
Two groups of foreign body detection sensors can detect foreign bodies in real time, and the rolling gate is linked to prevent clamping and damage;
PLC  is  used  for automatic  control to  realize  automatic  opening  and  closing  of the roller shutters and door closing test to prevent serial reading of the warehouse tag; (The rolling curtain opening/closing time can be controlled within 3S)
There are 6 groups of built-in cargo sensors for real-time detection of the location of goods to linkage PLC for corresponding operations;
The ultra-high frequency module with strong performance can quickly identify more than 800 pieces of products;
There is entrance light indication and configurable LED stock-taking display screen at the  entrance  of  channel  machine  for   real-time  display  of  the  total   number  of stock-taking;
WiFi  and  network  interfaces  are  used  for  external  communication,  which  can  be flexibly used according to different scenarios;
There are 6 super quiet casters, each of which bearing more than  150KG, and the height can be adjusted. When the height is raised, it is convenient to handle and fix;
It adopts hidden design, and has beautiful appearance. There is no metal screw on the surface with high degree of integration, improving product level;
The top cornice design is flexible in appearance, which increases the display width of the  display  screen  along  the  top  of  the  entrance,  and  the  slope  design  is  more convenient for users to watch the data and status;
It can control the channel machine roller shutters and device reading, provide SDK docking development data of the whole set of equipment, and support secondary development;
The stock-taking efficiency is increased by more than 100 times. The original manual stock-taking takes 5-10  minutes, while the  UHF  stock-taking channel  machine only takes 3-5 seconds.
